Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: January 2026
We believe the internet should be available to everyone.
At HEICtoJPGFast.com, we are committed to making our website usable for all people, regardless of ability or technology. We want you to be able to convert your photos whether you use a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader, or voice commands.
1. Our Standard (WCAG 2.1)
We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA standards. These are the international guidelines for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
What we are doing to meet this:
- Keyboard Navigation: We ensure our “Upload” and “Download” buttons can be reached using the
Tabkey. - Color Contrast: We use high-contrast colors (Blue on White) to ensure text is readable for those with visual impairments.
- Alt Text: We aim to provide descriptions for all non-decorative images.
2. Feedback & Assistance
We are a small team, not a giant corporation. Sometimes we might miss something.
If you find a part of our website difficult to use, or if you encounter a bug with your assistive technology, please tell us. We take this feedback seriously and will try to fix the issue as fast as possible.
📧 support@heictojpgfast.com
Please describe the issue and what browser/screen reader you are using.
3. Known Limitations
While we try our best, some content may not yet be fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This is a result of not having found or identified the most appropriate technological solution yet.
Specific Limitation:
Our “Drag and Drop” zone relies on JavaScript. While we have provided a standard “Select File” button as an accessible alternative, some older screen readers may have difficulty announcing the “Drop” status updates perfectly.
4. Compatibility
HEICtoJPGFast.com is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge browsers on Windows and Mac.
- Mobile browsers (iOS Safari and Android Chrome).
